KinderPark Early Learning Centre Dianella provides a home away from home for children attending the centre. Our diverse and multicultural team of Co-workers bring their unique backgrounds and experiences to deliver an excellent foundation for early learning.
KinderPark Dianella is designed around a central kitchen, the heart of the centre. Our nutritionist-designed menu is both healthy and delicious, with dishes so good our families often ask us for the recipes to cook at home!
Extensive nature play outdoor areas provide five separate spaces for children to engage, learn and play. Children learn how to grow and look after plants via our dedicated vegetable garden area.

Why is early education important?

What is unique and special about your team?
What makes our team truly special is the combination of heart, cultural diversity, and deep dedication to early childhood education. Each Co-worker brings their own unique perspective, language, and life experience, enriching the environment with inclusive practices and global understanding. Many of our Co-workers have been with KinderPark Dianella for many years, creating strong, consistent relationships with families and each other and forming a team culture built on trust, respect, and shared purpose.
Why is wellness important to your families?
Wellness is central to everything we do, because when children are healthy in body, mind, and spirit they’re better able to learn, connect, and grow. Our families value the way we care holistically for each child, from our nutritionist-designed meals to our daily routines that promote rest, movement, emotional wellbeing, and connection to nature. We recognise that children’s wellbeing is closely linked to the wellbeing of their families, striving to build supportive partnerships that foster balance and joy in everyday life.
